IdP 2.3.5 Released

IdP version 2.3.5 has been released and is available in the usual spot[1].

This release is a bug fix and mainly corrects a packaging error that
unintentionally bundled a new major release of Spring with v 2.3.4.

Note, this release is signed with my old PGP key because I did not
have my new one with me.
