OIDCConfig plugin V3.0.1 now available

The Shibboleth Project has released version 3.0.1 of the OIDCConfig plugin [1]. This configuration plugin is required by both the OpenID Provider (OP) and the OIDCRelyingParty plugins.

This patch release resolves a longstanding issue in the config module [2] that required including the oidc-credentials.xml file even when it was not needed. This primarily affected the OIDCRelyingParty plugin, which can usually operate without that file—and the credentials it defines—when using client‑secret authentication.
