Update re: Shibboleth source code access

FYI,

As a follow up to the interim changes this summer, we have completed migration of the project's source code to Codeberg, so various links and pages have been updated to reflect this.

Updated information on source code access can be found at [1].

While we have not yet fully disabled external access to GitWeb, we do not intend to retain that long term, so browsing should be done using Codeberg now, and any clones of our projects should be adjusted to pull from the Codeberg versions, which are authoritative now.
