Thanks for the ideas, in the end the issue was the idp webapp had not deployed correctly, I deleted it and the new idp.war unpacked and correctly deployed 5.1.4</div>

<p>Some ideas:<br>
Did you restart the container (jetty/tomcat) process? The tools reporting 5.1.2 are the ones that query the running instance, while the ones reporting 5.1.4 query the files on disk...</p>
<p>Did you rebuild the .war file (think the installer does this for you usually)?</p>
<p>Are there old war file bits laying around (mostly tomcat temp/work dirs)?</p>
