<p class="MsoNormal">I’m trying to configure the InCommon MDQ setup on our IDP v3.4.8 but it seems to choke on the “EntityAttributes”, “Attribute”, and “AttributeValue” entries.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The complaints seem to be as follows.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">ERROR [net.shibboleth.utilities.java.support.service.AbstractReloadableService:182] - Service 'shibboleth.MetadataResolverService': Initial load failed<o:p></o:p></p>
