<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">I've deployed my changes to run with unpacked wars and also disable annotation scanning to a real system now. This gives a startup time of around 23 seconds on tomcat9.<div><br></div><div>Running with unpacked wars makes by far the biggest change, taking over three minutes off the startup time. The annotation scanning saved around 6 seconds.</div><div><br></div><div>I have not tried to disable TLD scanning.
