<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">hi,<div><br></div><div>given that these 2 issues:</div><div><br></div><div><ul style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><li style="margin-left:15px">On iPad and iOS devices,</li><li style="margin-left:15px">When connected to a specific Wifi network (doesn't happen on mobile network, or other Wifi networks)</li></ul><div><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">means that everything works fine for all other devices (even when on that same problematic WiFi network) ?  If so, then those iOS devices are fine on 4G/5G and okay on other networks - this is then a direct interplay between iOS and the WiFi network - I would suggest that the environment of that wifi network is looked at - DNS details, any traffic blocking rules - does the same happen on a MacOS device?    are there any web proxies involved?  does that service have a particular web certificate with eg CRL details that cannot be ascertained by the safari client?   does another browser on these devices work?</font></div></div><div><font face="tahoma, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">regards</font></div><div><font face="tahoma, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">alan</font></div></div></div>
