We've just upgraded a Shibboleth IdP on Windows test server to v. 4.1.5, and noticed CPU / memory spiking every 15 minutes. Checking with bin\status.bat, it shows that metadata is being reloaded every 15 minutes.</div>

I uncommented idp.service.metadata.checkInterval, and ensured this was set this to PT0S, then reloaded the service, but the behaviour's persisting. </div>
