I have converted that page [1] to what may become the new standard (no slow-to-render tabs and expanding sections instead).<br>

If you have a moment I'd appreciate knowing (either in here or via direct mail) whether it's any more accessible.  If we are making<br>
things less (or no more) accessibly than now we need to revisit this (again, again).<br>
