The character "<span style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Slack-Lato, appleLogo, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class="">’</span>" chokes mod_shib when parsing the attribute. The user can log
in without problem after change the character to '. We got the following error message on the web page:</div>
