These are the steps he's following:<br>He opens 'Online Accounts'<br>Selects 'Google'<br>What looks like a custom built-in browser loads a Google page which asks for an email address<br>He enters his email address<br>He's then redirected to Shib, which returns the error<br>I'm unable to reproduce this on a Linux Mint machine. I'm redirected to Shib and provided our login page with no issues so perhaps it's something w/ the version of Ubuntu/Gnome he's using, or maybe a configuration issue on his machine but I really don't know.<br><br>Anyone have any ideas?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Jason<br clear="all"><div><br></div>-- <br><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><pre cols="72">Jason Rotunno
