We have a second Shibboleth 3.3.x instance used for configuring SP's
that are not defined well by the vendor.<br>

1) When using a web browser and going after its ../idp/pub..
metadata file url the following error is displayed (I've changed the
url of this IdP to protect the innocent):<br>

What's the cause of this?<br>

url metadata, it successfully load in the browser.<br>
