<p class="MsoNormal">I just built a new windows server 2019 box. Installed IIS and the VS redistributable. I installed the shibboleth SP 3.04 and immediately after going back to my website I get a 503 error. I look in the event logs and I see the following
error.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Event ID: 2280<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">The Module DLL C:\opt\shibboleth-sp\lib64\shibboleth\iis7_shib.dll failed to load. The data is the error.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I did not even get a chance to configure shibboleth, the web site just crashes with a 503 error. The application pool is what crashes. Anyone run into this or have ideas? I have never seen this before previously on server 2019. Shibd -check
shows config is loadable, no errors in the shibboleth logs.<o:p></o:p></p>
