I've downloaded the tar zip for Shibboleth V3.4.6 and just ran the install.sh from it. </div>

I've checked the relying-party.xml in fresh 3.4.6 version and it is in format of <beans> tags.. Where as my old v2 relying part xml had <rp:RelyingParty> tags</div>
