Hi folks,

I know why emails make terrible NameIds, but I need to make the case further up the management chain, and to certain SPs. Does anyone know of somewhere the case is laid out already? I've been googling round and found bits about privacy here and bits about
changing emails there, but can't find anywhere where the issue is tackled head-on, and the whole case against them spelled out. I can write something up myself, but it will have more weight if I can site corroborating sources...

Thanks for any advice,
