We don't have documentation that is targeted at any specific audience of people using the software.<br>

If you're looking for deployment guidance on SAML that is of fairly direct relevance to the kinds of issues a publisher will face, I would direct you to the draft at [1]. If you're looking for something more non-technical, I would suggest one of the federations (InCommon, etc.) that work with publishers at a higher level.<br>
