The guide is the entire web full of resources on building open source autotools-based software. That is not in our scope; we have to assume general knowledge of Linux, building software, and sometimes RPM itself.<br>

You appear to be trying to build and forcibly install duplicate packages, I guess. An rpm -ivh does an install, and if the given library is already installed, that's about what I would expect. I don't know what you're looking for here.<br>
