A failure to find those specific executables (log4shib-config and <br>
log4cpp-config) should not be fatal to the configuration process, but a <br>
failure to find log4shib library is. Check earlier in your trace, you <br>
probably have another pkgconfig-based test failure. If that is the case, <br>
check you have installed liblog4shib-devel.<br>
