I don't recall any case where it mattered and if it ever did we would have to have screwed something up sufficiently to require documenting it in the release notes. Normally problems are corrected in later patches so skipping releases is as likely to avoid problems as create more.<br>

We don't have a database, I suppose that makes that sort of problem less likely.<br>
