That isn't the debugging log, but to the extent it says anything, it says the SP issued a request (that's what the "type" of event there is) and the IdP didn't respond.<br>

It should be clear from basic examination of the browser state (like, say, the URL) which end is actually reporting a problem. I doubt very much it's the SP though it's not impossible if it's dying in some unusual way preventing it from logging the processing of a response.<br>
