<p>Hello.  I am new to Shibboleth and have no doubt I am doing something wrong to cause this error, but I cannot see it.  From the sp.testshib.org log file:</p>

<p>I originally uploaded the file without an extension (filename : idptest-ptc-edu_85717338946681) and thought that may be the issue, so I added .xml to the end and attempted again.  No luck, but now I may have 2 metadata entries registered with testshib.</p>

<p>Any help would be appreciated.</p>
