</span>Not in this sense, no. The machinery used for the local storage code is certainly suitable to build a login flow that would do such a thing.<br>

Most of the attention here is on the opposite problem, which is why I find this kind of humorous. I've never seen anybody complain that the browser was too secure with its sessions before.<br>
