I have recently been tasked with installing a new Shibboleth IdP deployment<br>
at my place of work, as our older one is still running IdP2, and needs to be<br>
upgraded. This is the first time i've used Shibboleth, so apologies if this<br>
question may be an easy fix. We are running on a Windows Deployment, with<br>
'Install Jetty' selected.<br>

I wanted to test the IdP with TestShib, before we register with the UK<br>
Federation etc. However, whenever i add the Metadata into our<br>
metadata-provider.xml file, then i get a HTTP 503 error. If i then remote<br>
the information, my IdP starts up fine again. I have pasted some of the<br>
error log below that occurs:<br>
