<p class="MsoNormal">We are using Shibboleth for login to our web application. This week starting Monday (October 30, 2017) our web application having issues with IIS. One or two times a day Application Pool stop and web application returns 403 error message
for users. After restarting IIS everything back to normal.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We are investigating this outage issue. Right before outage each time on Event Viewer
<span style="font-family:Wingdings">à</span> Application I can see the following message (Message 1). Then on Event Log there is another error message (Message2).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Should we make some changes (re-installing, re-registering, update security?) for shibboleth on the web application server? Are those messages mean there is library conflict on our web server?<o:p></o:p></p>
