<p>I resuscitated TestShib to the point where all people who had registered prior to now can use it, but the only points in the machinery that I could find that looked relevant to this issue also looked right, so I'm going to need either Kevin or more time
to fix it completely.</p>

<p>I figured out the problem, but it's in the new aggregation machinery that Kevin built, and it's going to keep overwriting any fixed file with new busted versions.</p>
