<a href="http://dev-sp.it.wsu.edu/secure">dev-sp.it.wsu.edu/secure</a> isn't being accessed over https. For example users are going to
<a href="http://dev-sp.it.wsu.edu/secure">http://dev-sp.it.wsu.edu/secure</a> instead of
<a href="https://dev-sp.it.wsu.edu/secure">https://dev-sp.it.wsu.edu/secure</a>.<o:p></o:p></p>
