</span>The defaults are documented at the bottom of [1] and vary by profile, and I don't know which profile you're asking about.<br>

The ones that are still the equivalent of  the old "conditional" value are described with language like "alwaysTrue on front channel, if TLS isn't used or port 443 is used on back channel".<br>
