Trimmed the most suspicious message down a bit to emphasize the most
likely places to start looking (a FileBackedHTTPMetadataResolver).
If you've got more than one, you could comment them out one at a
time until the IdP starts up.<br>
<br>
Make sure you're checking the right file (I believe the upgrade
script copies the V2 relying-party.xml file over to
metadata-providers.xml, and the latter is used from then on).<br>
