<div class="">Have you tried putting in a phpinfo() page to just see what variables and headers are making it into your PHP environment? That will isolate the SAML parts from the Drupal parts.</div>

<div class="">We've been using that integration for classes for awhile and it's fallen pretty far out of date. A lot of the configuration options used to be very valuable, but they're overkill or confusing for most modern deployments. If it doesn't attract
another maintainer soon, we're going to have to switch applications.</div>
