Apache APR and Tomcat Native. The error says it can find the
lib in java library path. I am not sure if I have to be
installing them in different directories or use a link.</span><br>

Well, that may be, but if Tomcat can't find the native library, then
it must not be installed correctly. In any case, this isn't a
Shibboleth issue, it's really a Tomcat issue. You should probably
go and ask over on the Tomcat users list, or other Tomcat support
forum.<br>
