    Well, you are explicitly setting the protocol specifically to the
    APR one.  But then you haven't actually installed the APR native
    library.  So not surprisingly, that's not going to work.<br>
    <br>
    Review the docs on the 'protocol' attribute here. [1]    In short,
    either 1) change the protocol to "HTTP/1.1" to make it auto-detect
    the best/correct one to use, or 2) install the APR native library
    for your OS platform.
