</span>As a side note, shouldn't that be xml:lang="pt-br" or some such?  Or are there enough broken implementations out that there you have to supply an "en" locale?<br>

Yea, I realize that this is just testshib metadata, but it's never too early to start worrying about Globalization and Internationalization (a lesson that I have learnt enough times now, but still keep on learning with every new project)<br>
