This morning, we started getting errors on some of our O365 desktop
clients (Outlook, Word, etc.)
The error shows in idp-process.log:

20:42:22.592 - INFO [Shibboleth-Access:73] -
20160414T034222Z|207.62.170.216|idp.calpoly.edu:443|/profile/SAML2/POST/SSO&popupui=1|
20:42:22.592 - WARN
[edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.common.profile.ProfileRequestDispatcherServlet:91]
- No profile handler configured for request at path:
/SAML2/POST/SSO&popupui=1

The difference I have found is the parameter on the path:
&popupui=1
Looking back for a month, I don't see this parameter until
yesterday, and with patch Tuesday two days ago, I wouldn't be
surprised if MS pushed out an update to these applications.

Anyone else seeing this?
This seems like a problem with O365 applications, not something we
could or should fix in handler.xml.
