Has nothing to do with Shibboleth (it's simply XSD schema-invalid),<br>
but the SingleLogoutService needs to come before the NameIDFormat<br>
element. Also I'd remove any whitespace (and linebreaks) from the<br>
CDATA value of the NameIDFormat element.<br>
