(and specifically, the TestShib SP did *present* an error, but it didn’t *encounter* an error.  It was reporting that error on behalf of your IdP, something permitted by the SAML protocol.  I see no TestShib error here, but you almost certainly have some kind


 of IdP error, so I would look at your IdP’s logs first.)

It’s unclear to me why you think you’re encountering an error.  Everything from the logs looks a-okay.  You would usually look for WARN- or higher-level log entries as reporter genes.  If you can describe the failure, that will help us.  You might also try


 using the tool SAML Tracer for Firefox to collect more data.</div>
