<div class="">Actually, “uses JSP to invoke Velocity templates” is probably wrong as a statement, both in the specific and general, but I do suspect that the JSP pages in /webapp/ in the distribution can probably run somehow, like /WEB-INF/jsp/status.jsp or
/webapp/index.jsp, but that most requests are rendered using Velocity as a templating language as intercepted by web.xml, and that likely doesn’t involve JSP at all. For everything, /WEB-INF/web.xml is probably the reference authority.</div>
