<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve tried the update file sp-2.5.4-patch1-win64.msp on several windows 2008 r2 systems that ive updated previously with no issues. Upgrading from the 2.5.4 64bit version with 64bit IIS. We get a windows error 1053: the service did not
respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion error. When running shibd –check from the \sbin64 directory we get an application error 0xc000007b error. We can run the shibd –check from the \sbin directory and shows overall config is loadable.
Does this update require a newer version of the visual c++ 2010 x64 redistributables possibly?<o:p></o:p></p>
