In our IDP 2.4.x environment, <span style="font-family: Menlo; font-size: 11px;">Tomcat startup.sh script</span> has <font face="Menlo"><span style="font-size: 11px;">java.ext.dirs set in JAVA_OPTS. I don’t know why it was there. IDP 3.0 is the first IDP I
installed. I copied those setting to the Tomcat 8 startup script. My fault.</span></font>
