It's Alex from the UK federation support team here. I've had a
look at the UK federation Test SP logs, and can see an error
flagged with some back-channel messages. Make me wonder if your
IdP is behind a load balancer & that configuration on the
load-balanced hosts is different.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have configured Shibboleth Idp v 2.4.3
on Windows Server 2012 R2 and everything seems to work using
the UK Federation test SP, but when we try to log in to some
sites, such as the Ja.net community, we can log in but then
instantly get redirected to our logout page.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I can’t find anything in the logs to show
any errors, I’m hoping someone can point me in the right
direction to solving my issue.<o:p></o:p></p>
