<div dir="ltr">Local service owner's experience upgrading a vended app required a modification to an application pool
configuration setting in IIS setting to be 64bit instead of 32bit to
support the newer Oracle client the product was using. This modification
resulted in the application not finding a ISAPI filter for Shibboleth.
Adding the 64 bit isapi_dll for Shibboleth resolved this issue.<div><br></div><div>Does this simple expedient seem appropriate? If so, installing both
the 32 and 64 bit isapi_dll versions to start would seem to
be cheap insurance against encountering a similar future anomaly. <br></div><div><br></div><div>David Bantz</div></div>
