</div>The only requests to /Shibboleth.sso/* are showing up as mapping to the<br>
"default" applicationId, so as a starting point, are you using any<br>
overrides to segregate content into separate Applications, or not?<br>

If not, I have no immediate idea why you're having handler issues. If you<br>
are using overrides, you probably failed to apply the override config<br>
fully in some way, and things aren't matching up yet.<br>
<br>
So the starting point is to issue requests to the misbehaving URL<br>
containing Shibboleth.sso, see what the request mapping log entries are,<br>
and then try and figure out what's unusual about them.<br>
