Note then that you have verified the metadata to be schema invalid<br>
(though hardly any tool will report that).<br>

At least in academia you'll find that most entities are now using the<br>
prefixed form (following the UK federation's example and discussions<br>
on REFEDS, with a bit of mostly unintended pressure from the Shib IdP,<br>
which reported errors when using SP metadata on the login page when<br>
