</div>Did you make the proper changes to web.xml and add the duo.jsp and the<br>
and the other bundle to your webapp directory?<br>

I believe the LoginHandler is missing the jsp page its looking to serve and<br>
possibly some other jsp pages..<br>
<br>
You have to ensure that the reference bundle that the duo.jsp page is<br>
calling is available from your webapp tree.<br>
