<br></div><div>It could be that the XML in their request is wrong (missing the LoginContext) or it could be that they are going to the wrong URL on your IdP for the protocol they are intending. I suggest starting by asking them if they are using SAML1 or SAML2 and what protocol that are using. You can then at least easily look to see if it matches what URL they are going to on your end.<br>
