concerning installation to protect a java servlet, I have a question. Is it possible to install a shibboleth SP without using Apache. For all the wiki reading that I have done it seems that the SP is a C++ application that uses Apache
modules (or something else like IIS). We currently do not use Apache in our application environment. Instead we configure the applications to listen to SSL ports directly (under JBOSS). Is there any way to integrate with an application that does not use
a web front end?
