Actually I did spot a change in that code, but not on the line affected.<br>
It's not suspect code, and it certainly works for me, but I would suggest<br>
you file a bug and include the content of your client's _saml_idp cookie.<br>
If I can reproduce it, I might be able to identify a problem. Meantime, if<br>
that were the case, turning off the history cookie might actually help.<br>

The <a href="http://shibboleth.net" target="_blank">shibboleth.net</a> servers all use the history cookie, so it's not like<br>
the code doesn't work elsewhere. Something's still fishy, but maybe it's<br>
triggered by the cookie you have to start with.<br>
