</div>The timestamps in the log suggest that it's flowing through the redirect<br>
to the login handler and back to the AuthnEngine with no stop in between<br>
to even try to log the user in. That doesn't seem right to me. If you file<br>
a bug, I'll eventually try and identify if there's a code path that would<br>
make that possible. But I don't know offhand what could cause it.<br>

I would check your web server access logs also and see what the actual URL<br>
requests look like in that sequence.<br>
