I have an issue that only occurs in IE for some of our users.<br>

For some users using internet explorer (not all) instead of ending up at<br>
<a href="https://my.app.com/here" target="_blank">https://my.app.com/here</a> they end up at<br>
<a href="https://my.app.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST" target="_blank">https://my.app.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST</a><br>

Can anyone explain why this is happening? And why it's only happening to<br>
some users? There aren't any hints in the logs... no difference between<br>
users that successfully reach <a href="https://my.app.com/here" target="_blank">https://my.app.com/here</a> and those who don't.<br>
