Thanks. I think I see the problem.<div><br></div><div>This is a 64-bit machine, but it's running a 32-bit version of Apache httpd (I don't see a 64-bit version available). I installed the 64-bit version of SP, and I guess Apache can't load a 64-bit dll.</div>

</div>That's not why Apache is complaining, it is a DLL and it has that<br>
extension (.so), which is fine.<br>
