I am in the process of deploying a new IDP (v2.3.5) using the
RemoteUser, UsernamePassword, and PreviousSession login handlers.
In previous installs I have only used UsernamePassword &
PreviousSession and not specified a defaultAuthenticationMethod
in my relying-party.xml file. What I have noticed during testing
is that I get an athentication error when not specifying a
defaultAuthenticationMethod in my DefaultRelyingParty tags. I
solved the problem by specifying a defaultAuthenticationMethod.
The problem is that it seems that the PreviousSession handler is
not getting used.<br>

I forgot to include the error message I get when I don't specify
defaultAuthenticationMethod.
